Webinar Overview
Agencies today are stretched for time and resources in almost every capacity. Compass® Reporting for Compass® Pilot and Compass® CoPilot was designed to give agency leadership the intel they need to help staff perform their jobs more effectively. Collectively, over 40 new and enhanced reports provide insight into case and client data, system configuration and usage, and the ability to quickly answer day to day questions about data residing in Compass.
Agency directors, program managers, and supervisors can use this data to better understand workers’ productivity and caseloads, where the community’s need is greatest, and what services are being utilized most. Together, these insights help agency leadership make more informed and confident decisions.
