The Lasting Impact of COVID-19: Q&As with Northwoods Evangelists
It's no secret the COVID-19 pandemic has already and will continue to impact the future of human services. Agencies are working to adapt to this "new normal" and looking toward the future, figuring out how to deal with the long-term effects on their workforce and the clients they serve.
Earlier this quarter, we spoke with our Northwoods evangelists, Greg Tipping (economic assistance & child support) and Rich Bowlen (child welfare), to share their insights on how agencies are adapting to remote work and the lasting impact the COVID-19 pandemic will have on human services.
We added a new import utility in Compass® Capture to support bulk import. With this update, you can now use Compass Capture in Scan Mode and Edit Mode, using the Scan Mode/Edit Mode toggle.
You can now also select multiple items in the documents panel and apply keywords to items, assign document types to items, or delete the items before filing.
Seemingly overnight, the way our customers were used to conducting business completely and radically changed. COVID-19 as proven there's always a chance that something could drastically disrupt your agency's operation.
